Final Sale: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items once purchased.
Quality Inspection: Every order undergoes a rigorous inspection before leaving our warehouse. All items must be inspected upon delivery and signed for. If an immediate inspection is not possible, it must be completed within 24 hours.
Damages or Defects: If a product is delivered defective or damaged, we will provide an immediate resolution on a case-by-case basis. To report a claim, please take clear photographs and contact us within 24 hours at info@realtouchfurniture.ae.
Natural Variations: Natural materials such as wood, travertine, and marble exhibit unique variations in color, texture, and veining. These organic characteristics are not considered defects. As foreign wood acclimates to the local climate, minor adjustments or surface cracks may occur, reflecting the natural essence of the material.
Access & Fitting: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that products fit through all necessary doorways, entryways, and elevators. If an item cannot fit into the residence, we are unable to accommodate a return or refund.
CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
Each custom piece is built to your specific requirements and begins production immediately upon payment confirmation.
Non-Refundable Policy: Because these items are tailored to your specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.
Payment: A non-refundable full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate the production process
