Delivery Charges

Complimentary delivery is available for orders of 500 AED or more within Dubai. For other Emirates, the following flat-rate charges apply:

Sharjah & Ajman: 300 AED

Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al-Khaimah & Fujairah: 600 AED

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a morning or afternoon delivery slot. An authorised adult must be present to sign for the receipt.

Access & Fitting: Please ensure all items fit through service elevators, doorways, and stairways. If you have concerns regarding dimensions or access at your residence, contact us prior to purchase to avoid delivery issues.

Production & Timelines

Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 weeks.

Custom Orders: Modifications to shape or size are welcome but may extend the lead time.
